Our story

Perseverance Industries India Pvt. Ltd.

PIIPL is a family business whose engineering roots began in 2000 under the name Shabri Engineering, manufacturing industrial process equipment for chemical, paint, oil & gas, food and pharmaceutical companies.

Today, Perseverance Industries India Pvt. Ltd. is led by Mr. Akshay Pardeshi, Mr. Rahul Nair and Mr. Vighnesh Nair.

Under their guidance, PIIPL engineers and manufactures a broad range of process equipment for demanding industrial applications.

Mr. Akshay Pardeshi

Akshay is a mechanical engineer with hands-on experience in process equipment. He plans and executes projects with prompt action and clear decisions, helping PIIPL meet demanding targets while remaining closely connected with clients and their long-term requirements.

Mr. Vighnesh Nair

Vighnesh leads the design of industrial equipment with a focus on efficiency, quality and practical value. A mechanical engineer with process-industry experience, he coordinates manufacturing from the ground up and applies the relevant codes and standards throughout execution.
